Great location, lovely views , comfortable beds , spacious .

Yes the amenities were poorly maintained the door to access the property was very difficult to operate and the two other doors to get out did not function ,the gas hob was not operating and in my opinion appeared a little dangerous.the shower in each bathroom were hard to regulate the temperature

Nice but needs improvement Positive: Comfy beds and pillows with lots of blankets Lovely views Washing machine & dryer Spacious Negative: The house needs to be a bit more polished if offering as accommodation. There were holes in the walls and a very musty smell throughout due to the carpet and curtains needing a good clean. Several lamps didn't work as well as bathroom heat lamps and exhaust fans. The ensuite shower also leaked a lot! The overall cleanliness was lacking, particularly the floors. We paid the same for a beautiful apartment with direct pool access and views of lake Wanaka. This place has great potential but way overpriced in its current state.

Loved the property layout, mud room at entry, living area with spectacular views extra large bedrooms each with own sunroom. Absolutely topped it off having fire & access to wood - To be honest one of the reasons booked the property. Thank you so much for everything. Jo

Awesome spot! Positive: We loved our stay at villa vista. Great location, beautiful deck and views over the estuary. Plenty of space for a group of friends. Well equipped with everything we needed.
