Great family holiday house in a prime location. Positive: The location and the huge living room which was perfect for a family holiday. Negative: The shower pressure was quite low and unsatisfying.

Great location and views, could upgrade some kitchen items though Positive: Good space in main room and large deck. Nice location and views Negative: No coffee making facilities. Poor condition of frypan. We had to purchase our own plunger and frypan. No basic kitchen supplies at all. Insufficient toilet paper for the duration of stay. Crowded and small laundry with fridge in the way. No outside storage areas for car or bikes. Front door lock was tricky too

Typical family holiday house vibes. Basic, comfortable but not fancy. Positive: Views were great, excellent location from town. Negative: Bigger bath towels would be appreciated. Weird having carpet in the toilet and bathroom!

Good Stay, nice gateway to Milford Sounds! Positive: Spacious, comfortable and quiet environment, relaxing. Negative: 1. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a heater, so we need to open the door to let the living room heat in. It's warm, but it feels like we are wasting heat, and it can be resolved with a small oil-column heater in the bedroom. 2. The living room tv is not working well, its time for a replacement 3. The upper bunk bed is not very secure, so it's not suitable for a young kid. We're okay, but it's good to get it fixed.

Good place to stay in Te Anau with quite and peaceful surrounding Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly house, which was spacious and impeccably clean! Its location was fantastic, just a quick 5-minute drive to a supermarket and Lake Te Anau. It served as the perfect base for our trip, especially before we explored the stunning Milford Sound the following day. We truly enjoyed our time here! Negative: The washing machine was somewhat outdated. Although the large backyard is perfect for drying laundry outdoors, the strong winds made it impossible to hang the clothes outside. A more modern washing machine and a dryer would greatly enhance convenience.
