A Haven in the Heart of the City

Positive: Excellent location

A great place to stay in Invercargill with everything we needed. Positive: Warm, comfortable beds, great location, well equipped kitchen. Negative: Lights were very dim in the hallway making it quite dark.

Spiders, mold, cats, and clutter. Positive: Location was OK. Have to cross 4 lane busy street to get to anything. Negative: The house has a spider infestation outside and occasionally one will find its way inside. Cobwebs everywhere. The house is surface cleaned, but it needs a deep cleaning and removal of lots of extra stuff. It’s like someone moved out and left anything they didn’t want at their new house. There is mold in the shower. The house smells musty. There obviously has been a cat living in the home at one time. I had a headache the whole time we were there. Lighting is poor. Bookshelf needs to go away because it is falling apart. Coffee machine needs cleaning!!!!! Carpets need to be stretched or removed. Driveway needs weeds removed. The property is not being maintained and the photographs in the advertising are not representative of how the property looks today. Property should be light, bright, clean, and uncluttered.
